If there is an excess of light, you will not recognize any more light. God works in the darkness. It is during our dark times that God will bring light to the visions and promises He has spoken. When we receive a vision or promise from God and our “spiritual vision” goes dark, wait and listen, for God will work in the darkness of your days while you remain faithful. This is the message I received when I read Oswald Chambers meditation for January 19.
